She was the one person that I shared everything with. I know now that she was the only one who ever really knew ME. She gave me something that I never had and that is an unconditional love. She gave love even when u feel as if you are unloveable. She saw something in me that no one else did. Only because she knew my every...

We were so sorry to hear of your loss. The thoughts of many are with you at this time of sorrow.

Please accept my deepest sympathies.

I am so sorry that this wonderful, kind hearted, very special lady is gone. She will be missed greatly by all that had the privaledge to know her. The day Barbra called me many years ago to ask if she could send Nena to live with her dad and I and go to school in Waco because of trouble in her school in Fort Worth was a blessing to me. And just knowing she trusted me to care for her child made me feel very special. We will miss her so much, and there will be a void that won't be filled untill...

My heart goes out to everyone, but especially my friend Ella who has lost a beloved daughter. May good memories sooth you and help you endure this difficult time.

I carry sadness in this time of loss. Not only for myself but mostly that of the family who knew Barbara best. She loved her kids with the deepest and greatest love mothers' can give and then some. While we should not be saddened by the calling of God's Will, it is her heart, mind and soul that will remain in us until God calls upon us in our time. I have made a dedication to the family and I want to share it here too:

Jesus said that not even one sparrow “falls to the ground...
