Barbara Jowett, 84, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday February 1st 2017 in Lake Wylie SC. She was born August 21 1932 in Oelwein, Iowa to the late Dorothy Cunliffe and Max R Clark and was preceded in death by her husband Robert Russell Jowett (Bob) and son Robert Clark Jowett (Bobby)....
