Barbara Kobayashi

Barbara was a lovely lady. We met in the 1980s when we both worked for the same laboratory. She was based in San Francisco, and I was in Southern California. Somdtime after I left the company, she invited me to her home in San Francisco. I had a great visit. We laughed at our attempt to tour Alcatrez. She said that she had never been (really?). We did not make it that day as the water was too choppy, so the tours were canceled. I went east for 20 years and recently returned to So Cal. I...

Barbara was such a sweet and knowledgeable woman. I was always in such awe of her passion for nature and helping others to also see the beauty around them.

Im saddened to hear of Barbara´s passing. She was always so cheerful. Happy gardening in your next life

She was a wonderful, caring woman and I appreciate everything she did for our family. She will be missed.
