So sorry to read about Barbara´s passing! We knew her as we both had our Maggie´s, our Portuguese Water Dogs. She was a good friend and wonderful advocate for the people of Annapolis. We were very proud of her. And I didn´t know she was a Boat Captain! Impressive! Prayers for her family. Glad she has her faith to help them all navigate losing her. A good woman! Sue and Paul
