Barbara Mehringer

My condolences to the family. Barbara was a wonderful friend to my Mother, the late Gloria Smith Russell. They spent many happy times together.

So very sorry Gretchen and sisters. Your mom was such a wonderful woman. Always so very nice to me. Not sure how it ended up happening. I made sweet bread couple times and brought them a loaf. I met Mrs. Mehringer in 2010 when working on the St. Michael Parish History book. Over the following years she had become a dear friend and mentor of local history to me. Whenever she visited the library, she always saved clippings of newspaper articles that might benefit my own research. I always looked forward to our conversations on the phone in more recent years. She was so proud of her children and grandchildren. I'm very grateful to have been able to call her a friend.

Dear Mehringer family I wanted to send my condolences to you on your mother´s passing. I have fond memories of her from our childhood and through the years. May she rest in peace.

Heidi and Family, I am so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing, I have memories of cold winter days ice skating near your house, she always had a smile on her face and was always kind to us kids. May God bless you and your family. Kim Peluso-Luciani
