I've gotten to know Sister Barbara when I used to work at dominician sisters in the dining room.She would always ask me everytime I had to work "is there any cherry ice cream" and I would give that to her.She was a nice lady,I'm soo glad I've gotten to know her.

Sister Barbara's energy, compassion, enthusiasm, and empathy have been an inspiration to me since I was a student at Saint Joseph's more than 35 years ago. She instilled in me a lifelong love of biology and nature.

Sister Barbara was a teacher, friend, role model. My hope is that I will be able to inspire others as she has inspired me.

I have such fond memories of Sister Barbara and her biology classes. She was a kind person who made learning fun. Many years after graduating, she still remembered your name. Godspeed Sister Barbara, you will be missed.
