Not sure what to say?

Barb was my classmate at St Joseph's nursing school, my roommate in Rochester where we had our first nursing jobs, and a good friend. I had not seen her in many years, but am so saddened by the news of her death. She will always have a special place in my heart and I will always remember her warmth and her smile. I was just informed of Barb's death and was saddened by the news. Barb was a classmate of mine at St. Joseph's Nursing School in Syracuse NY and was a lovely person. She always had a smile, an encouraging word for her fellow students & her patients. Barb was a very caring & good nurse. I'm sure she was inspired as a Sister. My prayers are with her & the family. God Bless. Julie Dudley, RN. SJH 1974

I have know Barbie for many many years, she was a huge help to me Thur out the years. I am going to miss her very much, I know however that she is still with us. I am very sad for our loss. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and Sisters of St. Joseph.

Mary Ellen, dear Sisters of St. Joseph and Mel,

I am profoundly saddened by Barbara's passing. She was a fellow classmate at Nazareth Academy and someone I deeply admired for her gentle ways and sincere sense of peace.

I had not seen her in a number of years and we reconnected at the Nazareth Convent for mass, a few years ago. We shared memories and life stories and once again, I was struck by her peaceful beauty.

Although it must be a blow to you I am sure...

I was privileged to meet Sister Barbara in our Yoga Class. She was a kind and compassionate woman. Although I briefly knew her, I will remember her warm smile and gentle nature. Jan hill

MaryEllen, I can't even find words to express how terribly sorry I am. Barbie always had that smile that just made your heart smile. Keep and cherish every memory that you have and draw on those memories to find strength.
