Dear Frankie and family- so sad to hear of Barbara's passing. She will be dearly missed by all. Our fond memories of Barbara date back to the late 60's/early70's when Barbara first appeared on Wendover Street in Uphams Corner when she started dating our neighbor Frankie. My siblings and I were a few years younger than Frankie and Barbara but we looked up to her admiringly.
