Not sure what to say?

I am still shocked and deeply saddened by the loss of Barry. We grew up together in Wantagh, Long Island, and he became one of my closest friends. The countless experiences we shared are indelibly etched in my memory and my heart. I probably spent more time at Barry´s house than at my own home. Barry was the first and only ham radio operator I ever met, and I still remember his call letters: WB2EYP. He introduced me to so many firsts. The first time I heard Simon and Garfunkel sing was...

This Hanukkah not as festive for me and many others who loved Sir Barry and miss him every day Hashem has a good new angel watching over us now, however

I was Barry´s fraternity brother at Penn, and everybody liked Barry. I am deeply saddened to hear of your loss. May his memory always be for a blessing and may Hashem comfort you with the mourners of Zion.

Barry and I were Beta Sigma Rho fraternity brothers at Wharton School, pledge class of 1968. Barry was a HUGE San Francisco Giants fan and I rooted for the Atlanta Braves. In our sophomore year of 1969, the teams battled all season to win the very first National League Western Division crown. There was only one live TV game a week, so we had to follow by over the air radio, and read the newspapers to follow the pennant race. Fortunately, the Braves were broadcast by WSB, so we climbed...

George and I were shocked and saddened by the news of Barry's passing. Although we did not get to be with him and Beverly often, they both remained friends throughout the many years we have known them. Barry was a kind, generous, and caring human being. He was also a great lawyer whom we admired for his legal expertise. Our thoughts go out to his family, and specifically to his wife, Beverly, whom we both have known and loved for many, many years. Take care of yourself, Beverly. George ...

Along with Reid Kahn and David Falk, Barry was one of my closest friends through elementary school and high school. To this day I can still quote lines from the comedy shtick he used to do with Danny Gleich up on the stage in the cafeteria at East Broadway. He turned me on to The Kinks and ham radio, inspired me to work out and get in shape, and made me envy his business acumen when his NY Times franchise at Salk Jr. High School drove my Herald Tribune franchise into the ground. I'm sorry...

There are a lot of great lawyers, but of them, there are very few who are great gentlemen as well. Barry was one of them, and I mourn his passing.

I am grateful to Barry for giving me my start in NASD Enforcement. Barry was a great boss and a truly good man. My condolences to his family for their loss.
