Not sure what to say?

Barry, one of the highlights of my life was singing in the choir with you directing. Thank you for bringing out the best in everyone you worked with, especially me. There is no doubt that now you sing with angels. Merry Christmas my friend.

I have known this family since Anna and I had the same 1st grade class. I have so many special memories of him and always looked at him like a second dad, this is such a tragic loss but a wonderful gain for heaven. Love you Joy, Anna, and Madison.

I had the pleasure of working with Barry at Fieldcrest many years ago. I believe it was about the time that you, Joy and Barry were married. His smile never changed. God gives us the gift of putting his angels in our presence here on earth. By no means, am I saying that Barry was perfect, for we all fall short of God's expectations, but I do believe there are those we know that truly live as close to perfect as we can and Barry was one of the good guys. From messages that have been left,...

I only worked with Barry a short time at N.C. Finishing in Spencer......but he was a blessing & an inspiration to all that new him......RIP my friend...Joy, my thoughts & prayer are with you & your children during this diffcult time. Your faith in a wonderful God will get you through!!

Having worked with his Mom in early eighties and getting to know Barry he was a really good young man. So christian like and talented.
Barry sang in our wedding 26 years ago a song he had written. It was beautiful. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. God will give you the extra strenght to endure the pain.

I've had others pass away in my life, but saying goodbye to you my friend is by far the hardest. You have touched many lives and will always be in our hearts. You have left this world way too soon, but you will never hurt again. As others have said, I too will miss your smile. See you in Heaven.

No more struggling with those bad dreams! What a treasure that we have lost but heavens gain. You were truly a blessing in my life and I will forever be grateful......missing that smile already!! Our church family will miss you greatly. Hugs go our to your family:)

Rest in peace, my friend. Your laughter and smile will be greatly missed.
