Not sure what to say?

Dear Phyllis and family,
We have just learned the tragic news of the death of dear Barry.
We join in prayers for your pain.
Carolina & Michael and sons - Leonardo and Assunta

Dear Phyllis and family, we just heard and can only imagine what you must be going through. We couldn't believe it. Ken and I just want you to know that you will remain our prayers. You are such a strong and incredible person. May you find strength in famiy and friends. We will continue to keep Barry and your family in our thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely,

Dear Phyllis and Family,
We were saddened today to learn of Barry's passing. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you during this time of grief.
You were so blessed to have such a special man in your lives---as Barry was to have such a wonderful, loving family. He will be with you always, in all that you do, in all that you share.
What a loss to all who knew him! He touched the lives of so many. We will keep Barry and all of you in our prayers.

Dear Levine Family,

I'm so sorry for your loss. I met Barry in London on the walking tour and we had such a great time. I did not know him long but it felt like I did because he was so funny and easy to talk to.

Dear Phyllis, Randy, Rachael & Sarah,

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. We were shocked and saddened to hear of your loss.

We will remember Barry vividly for his wit and charming demeanor at our family functions. They just won't be the same without him.

Fondly,
Mark, Annie, Davis, Lauren & Leslie deVane

Our deepest sympathy. We will keep you in our prayers.

We were not done Barry - I had stories to share, questions to ask, my right leaning opinion to share as well as your jokes to listen and react to. I am better for having known and worked with you over the years in several roles at HTLS, PALS, here at the State Library.

You made this world a better place with your contributions, touching many lives. You helped lay the foundation for the future of the Prairie Area Library System with a new director.

I am selfish and...

Dear Levine family--

What a tragic loss for you and, if I may add, for the field of audio description. Barry was the highly-respected moderator of the Audio Description listserve, administered by the American Council of the Blind (ACB). He was not only an avid description user in both media and performing arts; he served so many others as the President of Audio Description International. Most recently, Barry had agreed to chair the Standards Committee for ACB's Audio Description...

Dear Levine Family,
We were with you in grief yesterday, and we learned so much about Barry's very impressive accomplishments. What a wonderful son, husband, father, brother and friend! We are comforted to know that
he was devoted to his family and to his
work. May all the beautiful memories you each have be of comfort to you as you begin life without him. He truly was an inspiration to all who knew and loved him.
