Barry Traub

We will miss you sweet man. You made us smile.

Sending condolences to the Traub family, and especially to my friend Janet, who clearly inherited so many of her father´s wonderful qualities. His was a life well lived and I know he was both a mentor and example to many-and so his memory and legacy will live on.

So sad to learn about Barry's passing. He was a kind and generous man. As a young woman in the start-up world Barry's support and guidance was invaluable. My condolences to his family.

Barry was my first cousin on my mother´s side - he was the oldest cousin and I the youngest...fifteen years younger. I have known him all my life. I have a memory when I was still a teenager, maybe thirteen years old, and what struck me was he always treated me like an "adult." We would often talk about books something that he and I always loved. Barry - a bright light - so intelligent, funny, interested in so many things, a skier, hiker, investor in amazing projects and I would say ahead...

Barry will be missed. Such a man of wisdom. Always mentoring us younger guys along. Glad to have worked with him and joined him in some restaurant partnerships. California and New York will miss you Barry. I think you had one of those great lives. Cass.
