Sending condolences to the Traub family, and especially to my friend Janet, who clearly inherited so many of her father“s wonderful qualities. His was a life well lived and I know he was both a mentor and example to many-and so his memory and legacy will live on.

So sad to learn about Barry's passing. He was a kind and generous man. As a young woman in the start-up world Barry's support and guidance was invaluable. My condolences to his family.

Barry will be missed. Such a man of wisdom. Always mentoring us younger guys along. Glad to have worked with him and joined him in some restaurant partnerships. California and New York will miss you Barry. I think you had one of those great lives.

Barry has been an amazing friend and advisor since we both joined a men's dinner group in March 1977 - 48 years ago. His intelligence was only matched by his kindness and grace. Hanging out with Barry was a master class in logic, business, storytelling, and humanity. After about thirty years, the dinner group ended, but our friendship didn't, and my respect for Barry continues to this day! The world is lessened by his passing. Barry was an exemplary gentleman.

I loved Barry and sad to hear of his passing.
I am a physical therapist and have worked with both Barry and Marjorie for many many years. He was always so jovial, funny, interesting, and entertaining. My condolences go out to his family and loved ones. Barry was a force of nature and will not be forgotten.
