Barry Webber was my friend and mentor at the City of Chandler. As a result of Barry's financial management Chandler was able to grow into the great City it is today. Barry was my boss for approximately thirteen years from 1982 to 1995. He was a very approachable and personable individual. I will never forget when I first interviewed with him and how comfortable the interview was. I greatly enjoyed working with Barry, respected his management style and his sense of humor. I wish Noreen and all of Barry's sons and extended family my sincere condolences in Barry's passing.
