Bart was a special brother from my other mother... there was no one like him! He is truly one of a kind.... I know him and my mom are in heaven dancing together

I cannot begin to express how deeply sorrowed I am to hear about Bart's passing. It was a shock to say the least. Know you all are in my prayers and thoughts. Words cannot fully express my sympathy.

Dear Joanne, We will never forget how God planned our divine appointment at our Bethel Baptist Church in Escondido.We have been able to share our stories via text for a little over 2 years now. When you text me about Bart's passing I really couldn't believe it...had to read it several times before it registered.Seeing his handsome picture and reading these lovely notes have given us a sense of just what an amazing young man Bart was.
