My condolences to Mrs. Starr, Bart Jr. and family. Not only was Bart Starr a great quarterback, but a wonderful human being. To Cherry and Bart jr, May your precious memories and sympathy of friends help comfort you at this time.

I met Bart in the 1970's while working for Pizza Hut in De Pere, Wisconsin. He and his family were regular customers and became my favorites. When Bart learned I was leaving Pizza Hut for better opportunities he offered me a written recommendation. I appreciated his friendship and kindness so much. Bart was a wonderful person and I have thought of him and his family often...

I would like to express my deepest sympathies for the loss of the loss of your loved one, who will be remembered for his contribution to history and his athletic abilities. May you find comfort and help in God during this time of sorrow.
