Beatrice Ferrari

Bea and I were childhood best friends. Then, our paths separated. I could not, and would not, believe the circumstances that took her life. It is still devastating to me. I wish her family peace and love on this first anniversary. Angela Arminante and family

My mother, Joan Duffy, taught with Bea at FDR High School in Brooklyn in the 1970s. Bea was remembered as a dear friend and co-worker. May she rest in peace.

Oh Dear, "Ms D". I know you will be missed by all who met you. Once I heard that you were originally from Brooklyn, and still taught the same subjects, I knew you were my World Studies Teacher at FDR High School in 1969-1970 year. You were perhaps the kindest teacher I ever had at my High school. But I remember you as Miss DiGiovanni. (You were using your married name in following years). Thank you for the beautiful memories you left with us. You´re gone too soon. I wish all who knew you...

Although I never knew her my thoughts and prayers go out to you as part of the Farmingdale community. I myself was a graduate of Farmingdale High School (Class of 1977). May God continue to watch over and guide you today and always.

Beatrice appears to have been a wonderful woman On behalf Giordano and Caroline Ferrari of Barre, VT, North Miami Beach and Port Charlotte. Giordano had a relative in NY City and Beatrice probably is in that extended family. These thoughts from Giordano´s nephew, David Sironi.
