Dear Shirley, so sorry to hear of Don's passing. I sure do miss the fun times we had at the hardware store on Beach Street. You had a bird's eye view of all of us and kept an eye out for bad guys! My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time of loss.

Shirley and the entire Wiggins family. I am so sorry for your loss, Don was one of my favorite people, he always made me laugh when he came in my office. You will be in my thoughts and prayers may God keep you and heal your pain.

Mr. Wiggins was such a honorable and pleasant man to know. He was a big supporter of the Holly Hill Historical Society and the welfare of the city. Our prayers are with the family now during this difficult time.
