Not sure what to say?

I am a veteran of operation iraqi freedom.I have known ben only for a short time.I never made friends with anyone and definetly never talked about feelings with another man .Ben is one the best friends i ever had.I first met him when we both applied for the same job. When we were leaving he asked if i was taking the bus.He offerd me a ride home. And i accepted.it was quiet in the car for about a mile.he asked if something was bothering me.And not even knowing him for three hours i told him...

STAY STRONG...

Our hearts go out to you at this time and in the days ahead.

Goodness...words has not been created to describe the pain that's felt when a loved one is taken from your life. I want to send my prayers and time to the Ben's children, family, and love ones. I know, personally, the strain this type of situation has on you. It's far from bearable...but in time the load is lifted, but never taken away. Ben remains here w/us all through his children and through our memories.

Yolonda & Zsa Zsa, every time you look into your children’s eyes Ben is there...

Dear Zsa Zsa,
I learned of this terrible tradgedy last Saturday when I stopped in at Super Cuts and Terri let me know that it was your husband that was killed. My little boy Julian is one of your clients and is crazy about you (the little bi-racial fella that was always sweating you for some licorice!). I am a recently single mom of six children. It's not an easy road but with God all things are possible (even when it doesn't feel like it). God will provide you with comfort , peace and...

Words cannot express how I feel right now. I have a loss of words. My prayers and thoughts are with the family.

I met Ben years ago and I must say: He was one of the coolest people you'd ever want to meet. He always walked with his head up and was a gentleman at ALL times. He was a well-respected individual and that I will miss.

From your dear: buddy on Juneau Ave.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

You are in my thoughts and prayers.

To the Haney Family,

I just want you to know that Ben is in a better place and God knows best. May God bless you and continue to keep you.
