Ben and I became friends in law school and remained close for many years. Memories and recollections of his sharp and innovative mind, clever wit, pleasant demeanor, and gentle soul have remained with me for, now, over 63 years. When Ben moved out of state it was a loss to all of us who remained here. Ben, oh, Ben, gone. But, never, never, never forgotten and always important. I miss you. Don Weissman
