I attended police academy with Riney. (To this day, it feels odd even calling him by his first name because we all went by last names.) Even then, I knew he was a team player and a good soul. My one and only regret is now wishing that I would have gotten to know him better after leaving academy. We had kind of fell out of contact.
I pray that he has gone off to a place where there are no sorrows, no sudden partings. And I have said my loving prayers to our mutual friends and all those...
