I attended police academy with Riney. (To this day, it feels odd even calling him by his first name because we all went by last names.) Even then, I knew he was a team player and a good soul. My one and only regret is now wishing that I would have gotten to know him better after leaving academy. We had kind of fell out of contact.
I pray that he has gone off to a place where there are no sorrows, no sudden partings. And I have said my loving prayers to our mutual friends and all those he left behind. God bless.

I randomly was talking about Meg and Ben today. Specifically stopped to say how awesome Ben was. And how it was perfect that we could spend our time talking about boxing. Such a great dude. RIP.
