Dear Joan, I am so sorry for your loss of your father. He is not suffering any more. I will try to come tomorrow evening. I have called Art and Myra and will try to get ahold of Mary Ellen. I met Bernie in 1948 when we were in pre-med and shared adjacent rooms. Through the years are paths crossed many times. A fine gentlman--a real mensch. The planet could use a lot more people like you. My heartfelt condolences to the Abrams family.
