To the Black Family,

Both my Husband & I worked with Bernie at the Defense Industrial Supply Center. Bernie was always a gentleman and very soft spoken. While speaking with him it was obvious that he was an intelligent man, and always left the conversation with a profound statment. He was a very special person and words cannot express our heartfelt sadness for your families loss.

I am so sorry for your loss. Keeping your family in my prayers. We were your neighbors at 249 W. Spencer Street.
