Not sure what to say?

My Uncle Bernie, to me, was the guiding light and moral compass of my family. I always loved his quiet manner of guiding, never pushing, but so effectively getting his point across. Thoughtful and kind are the two words that come to mind.
As a young man with a family, we talked. He had always regretted not being as available as he wanted to be with his family. He had said that it was always sad to have to decline some family event or another but he said it was worse when nobody even...

Dear Bobbie: I'm deeply saddened to hear about Dad's passing. Meeting you and your lovely husband is among my fondest memories from Boston. I'm truly honored to have known Bernard; a wonderful man and a model husband and father. May God give you and your family the strength to cope with your loss.

I was so sorry to hear about your husband/father's passing. I know this is a very sad and difficult time for your family. You have my very deepest sympathy.

I share this sad moments with The Coles, specially with Mom. I'm lucky to have met Bernie, a true gentleman whom i proudly called Dad ( my american Dad ) . Wise, caring, loving and with lots of kindness in his heart. Will miss you a lot
Sincerely Tani

Sending my love and condolences and wishing all of the Cole family comfort today. You are a wonderful family with a special place in my heart, and Bernard (or Mr. Cole or Kermit's dad, as I called him as a high school girl) was always very kind to me. May good memories of a life well lived bring you peace.

As President of Kasanof's Bakery Bernie and his brother Lenny were always a treat to work with. I deeply appreciated the kindness shown to me as a vendor, an equal partner...May his memory be for a blessing...David Riseman

May the father of tender mercies comfort you during these difficult times of need. RH

Our deepest sympathies to the Cole family from Irma Stern and Bradley Stern. When I asked my mom about Bernie..she said he was a wonderful man who never said a bad word about anyone or anything. Whenevef I saw Bernie at the office he always had a smile and asked about my mom and dad. Truly a man of integrity and class.

Sincerely,

Brad
