Bernard Feinberg Obituary

Bernard Feinberg, 88, died May 23, 2013. Deerfield Beach, Florida formerly from Brooklyn, NYC. Bernie as he was known to his friends and family was a WWII veteran where he received a Purple Heart. He was also a Member of the Letter Carriers. He was a mail carrier in New York City for over 25 years. He had a sense of humor and a love for all animals. He is predeceased by his wife, Phyllis. He also was predeceased by his brothers Jack and David and his sister Roslyn. He leaves behind four nieces, Iris Dorsky her husband Scott, Teri Rabolli and her husband Bill, Lisa Nelson, and Shari Bobadilla and her husband Vick. He also leaves behind two nephews Steven and Larry Feinberg. As well many grand-nieces and nephews who loved laughing and spending time with him. His sense of humor was enjoyed by many as well as his knowledge about the war. His Dunkin Donuts buddies will miss him. A celebration of his life for his friends who loved him and his family who loved and will miss him will be Monday @7:00 pm at Olive Garden 22161 Powerline Road, Boca Raton. A graveside service will be Tuesday, May 28th @ 10:00 am Star of David Memorial Gardens Cemetery, North Fort Lauderdale. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Susan G. Komen.
