Groton - Bernard "Barney" McCann, 92, of Fairview Nursing Home in Groton, passed away peacefully on Aug. 1, 2006.
He was born on Oct. 4, 1913 in Bronx, N.Y., son of the late Bernard and Nellie McCann.
On July 2, 1937 he married Dorothy Arnold McCann. She survives him.
