Not sure what to say?

Dear Jesse,
Please accept my sympathy on the occasion of Bernice's death. Both of you were an integral part of our SLU faculty and staff retreat weekends and your devotion to and love for each other and all your children, especially Matthew, was so evident. Know of my prayers for you and your family. Sr Mary White, ascj

Urhan Family--I was friends with Amanda in gradeschool and though we lost touch through the years, I was very saddened to hear of your loss. Mrs. Urhahn was such a nice and open hearted woman!

I pray that Gods peace be with all of you at this time!

Dear Jesse, I am so very sorry to hear of the loss of your dear wife. Please know that I am thinking of and praying for you and your family at this time.

Jesse,
I feel privileged to have known you and Bernice. It always seemed that what you shared came from both of you, and it enriched the rest of us at the faculty/staff retreats. Thank you for sharing Bernice with us. Know that I hold you in loving prayer at this time of great sorrow.
With much sympathy and care,
Rosemary Jermann

Dearest Urhahn family, I have the most wonderful childhood memories of playing games at your house and eating Bernice's homemade icing. Bernice always made a day special. What a wonderful friend and neighbor Bernice was to my Grandma. It was always a comfort to know your family was next door. Bernice will be missed by all who knew her. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Michael, Sr Rosie and family,
How wonderful it is when our paths in life bring us together to share love, hope, joy and even grief. Bernice was such a blessing to so many. We are so very sorry for your loss and remember her loving spirit.

Dear Urhahn family,
I was very lucky to have had the great opportunity to work with Matthew, Bernice and Michael. I witnessed the great love and respect that was shared with Matthew and their Foster Children. Those babies will miss Bernice's loving care. All who knew Bernice will miss her.
Love,
Mary Curran

Urhahn family,
I  am so sorry for your loss. I was friends with Amanda in grade school and wanted you to know what fond memories I have of Bernice. When I think about making a gooey butter cake I think of my time over at your house! Know she has planted so many wonderful seeds in people's lives in even the simplest of ways.  I can imagine her getting a full revelation of the impact her life has had right now. Truly a legacy left.
