Bertha T. Davis

Dear Davis Family: You probably dont remember me, but Bertha and I spent so much time together when the kids were little. My boys Brett and Bart played with Gary and Rusty while their father was in the service and we all lived in the Avenues. I have often thought of Bertha through the years and wish I had known how to get in touch with her. I thought so much of her. My sympathy goes out to the family now. I know you will miss her.

Your wife, mother, sister, and grandmother and great grandmother and of course daughter, was a very wonderful person. She and I shared some wonderful times together and also the interest in genealogy and sharing stories that I had and she had. She thought that her family might even throw away her acquired genealogy helps and hoped that they didn't. I suggested that her family contact the LDS Family History Department and they would be glad to take the materials...
