Dear Davis Family: You probably dont remember me, but Bertha and I spent so much time together when the kids were little. My boys Brett and Bart played with Gary and Rusty while their father was in the service and we all lived in the Avenues. I have often thought of Bertha through the years and wish I had known how to get in touch with her. I thought so much of her. My sympathy goes out to the family now. I know you will miss her.

Dear Davis Family:

Your wife, mother, sister, and grandmother and great grandmother and of course daughter, was a very wonderful person. She and I shared some wonderful times together and also the interest in genealogy and sharing stories that I had and she had. She thought that her family might even throw away her acquired genealogy helps and hoped that they didn't. I suggested that her family contact the LDS Family History Department and they would be glad to take the materials and use them there for others to use as well. Hopefully that is what you plan to do at some time.

I will be mailing a thought that was given as part of the Spoken Word from Temple Square, about death and how it is part of God's Plan for each of us and hopefully it will give you some comfort.

The Lord Bless you in this time of stress, and know that others share your discomfort.

Sincerely,

Margaret H. Wilder
