Bertha May Morgan

Mother there is never a day that I don't think of you! With the holidays approaching memories of how important being all together and having a feast as only you cooked! You'd be surprised that I carry on that tradition all but the carrot cake! So many things I do now is because you did them. Peach tea Roosters and chickens in my kitchen decorating graves and etc etc. You were absolutely the rock of the family. I'm so proud to be your daughter! Miss you! Love you! Wow, I had no idea the day you left us here on earth was nearing. I shared a memory with Chels today & a good lesson learned from the way you raised your grandchildren. You are still touching lives just by the way you lived. xo

Bertha was an amazingly strong woman. I will always hold great respect for her and the way she always stood up to adversity. She was a rock for many children not just her own. She cared selflessly for Jack and taught the kids in her care to do the same creating something in them that most people do not possess.
