Not sure what to say?

Patricia, Paul, and Paula,
I was so sorry I wasn't able to attend Bertie's service since I am living in N.C. now. Bertie was such a giving and special person that she will surely be missed.

Bertie was the most genuinely kind person that exists. I never heard her say a harsh word about anyone. She will always have a special place in my heart!!

Dear Bertie, We had so much fun in the kitchen at St. Anne's, doing many fund raisers together, laughing, singing, and cleaning up the kitchen. I will always cherish those times. I will miss your baking expertise and will never forget how gifted you were, not just in the kitchen, but also spiritually. May God Bless and Keep You.

Bertie & Paul were a purely great example of what Christianity does for others . They shared their love and caring to so many dear friends around the world . And made each one who came in contact with them feel Special ! RIP Bertie & Paul ! The Lauderdale Family

Bird will be missed in my heart. She and Paul were my second set of parents. She will be greatly missed by me. The Landrio Family loved you Bird.

I knew Bertie for many years at St. Anne's. She was always a cheerful worker and leader; everyone talks about her perfect pie baking. She once noticed a lot of the women doing chores in the kitchen didn't wear aprons so she made aprons for us. We are thankful for all the good memories.
