My condolences to Bette's family. My mother, Dulcy Harris, lived next to her in Parson's Health Care, and we have known Bette at Westminster Canterbury for several years. I was so fond of Bette. On another occasion when both she and my mother were on the same hallway in Health Care, we had breakfast together every day for the week of my visit. Before she moved to Parsons, I saw her walking in the outdoor gardens often at Westminster Canterbury and we always exchanged a few happy words. ...
