I was born on January 14, 1931 to James Carl and Ona Arrena Wallace in Magnolia, Arkansas. I became a Christian as a child and was baptized in the Central Baptist Church in Magnolia. I graduated from the Magnolia High School in 1948 and from the Lilly Jolly School of Nursing in Houston, Texas in 1951. I married McGinnis Clark December 23, 1951, and we were happily married until his death in 2007. We became members of Baptist Temple church in Houston in 1954. We had four children – Wayne Clark, Robert Clark, Mia Nyschens, and Paul Clark (Judy), four grandchildren – James Simmons, Alan Simmons, Nikolai Nyschens, and Micah Nyschens, and two great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to any worthy charity.
