Betty had great style. "Style is knowing who you are, what you want to say and not giving a damn". Betty was one of a kind and I will miss her dearly.

I am sure Mrs. Evans is resting in peace in the in the Kingdom of the Lord. Though I met her very briefly, it was enough to get to know what a wonderful person she was. My deepest condolence to the family, as well as to Miguel Cantero, her always loyal attendant.

May the God of all comfort strengthen the family and friends of Betty Evans during this very difficult time. God's word speaks of a time when all sorrow will be gone and mankind will live in beautiful surroundings forever with nothing to fear - Isaiah 65:17, 21-24.

Betty was a true friend. We spent many wonderful evenings together as neighbors in NYC. We shared a mutual love of art, music and animals. Her grace, beauty and charm will be missed, and her friendship will never be forgotten
