Betty McLellan Obituary
Prospect - McLellan, Betty Nash, 71, passed away on August 11, 2018. She was surrounded by family and friends. She was able to converse with each and every one of them, expressing her love for them and best wishes for their future.
Betty was preceded in passing by her father, James Nash and her sister Faye Elliott.
She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Lin McLellan and his 3 children, Pam Newman (Charlie), Jeff McLellan (Vanda), and Wendy Newell (Dub); 7 grandkids, Elizabeth Linden Newman, Emily Kathryn McLellan, Charles Leatherbury Newman, Jr., Jeffrey Adams McLellan, Caroline Elizabeth McLellan, Walter Raleigh Newell, III "Trip", William Ware Newell; mother, Normarene Nash; brother, Roger Nash (Beverly); and sister Kay White (Dannie).
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 14, at 3:00 PM at the Arch L. Heady at Westport Village. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until time of service on Tuesday. Betty will be laid to rest at Fairview cemetery in Bowling Green on Wednesday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Home of the Innocents, American Cancer Society, or a charity of the donor's choosing.
