Survived by children: Kristin Luxon (Paul), Kirk Van Zandbergen (Lesli), and Jennifer Davis (Dixie, Jr.); eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Ronald (Joyce); beloved dog, Bitsy.
The family will receive friends on Friday, September 19th, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Westlawn-Hillcrest, 5701 Center Street. SERVICES: Saturday, September 20th, at 10 a.m. at Lutheran Church of the Master, 2617 S. 114th St. Interment: Forest Lawn. Luncheon following at the Davis' home.

My condolences to the family. Betty and Ken were good friends with my parents, Marcia and Tom Burke, and were even in their wedding party in Bloomfield so many years ago. They had a lot of fun together as couples--very sporty and especially good golfers if I recall. Betty was a kind woman and so lucky to have all these family members to accompany her on her very long life. Quite an achievement! Good memories of many get togethers in the days when we children played while the grownups had a few beers and talked and laughed a lot for hours.
