I am sorry to miss the celebration of Betty's life - one truly well lived! I will always remember her smile and cheerfulness. She contributed so much to Good Shepherd over the years and I was blessed to be a part of that. Thank you Betty for your many ministries - an example to all of us of being God's hands and feet.

We were Companions in Christ for many years, led by Kelly Koonce and later William Cromwell. I treasure that bond. Betty was always cheerful, she took everything in stride, and she was a friend. And a blessing.

I was very blessed to have known and spent time with Betty. She taught me so much and her faith shown like a halo. She never met a situation that God would not handle and she let Him lead her, direct her, and keep her on the straight and narrow.
Betty taught me how toforgive and set me on a path to unconditional love. This is anpriceless gift.
I regret that i am not i. austin to attend the celebration of her life, how i long to be there. Please know that all her family , and many friends are in my prayers as we be ome accustomed to life without Betty's beautiful presence.

We were in the military with Betty and Sid. We spent many fun times together when we first moved to Austin and at reunions. She was loved by many! God is with her in a new home... What a blessing..

Thank you, Betty - you were my girl friend's mother in my teen years who made us teen agers always feel comfortable - you became my mother n law who never criticized- just tried to help.
And when you left - your final 6 weeks you taught me more about life than I had learned in 66 years.
Wish I had paid attention more earlier. Wil try to pay it forward now.

My beautiful .aunt and second mother, she guided me thru so many things, marrying my husband and and preforming his last rites in January, my moms twin, we will continue her summer legacy, love and prayers to my cousins, Synthia, Marsha and John. Cousins sisters.
