Beverly Mitchell Jones Hale

I'm a former neighbor of Beverly's. I only really knew her in an informal sense, but I grew very fond of her nonetheless. She was so generous: every Halloween, Beverly handed out full size chocolate bars, which thrilled the children. Some would circle back for more and Bev always rewarded them with more. Bev always waved "hello," whether coming or going down the street. Big smile on her face. She was so kind, gentle and giving. I will miss her.

So sorry to see Beverly has passed. Prayers for Beverly and her whole family! I will always be thankful for all she did to help Gary,Joe and me get our business started and make it successful. She never mentioned it or asked for anything. I did not know Beverly well but will always remember her kindness easy ways. Sorry will not be able to attend her service but will be there in my thoughts.

Gary, I just want to let you know how sorry I was to see Beverly's obituary....it feels like a little piece of our youth, for sure. Avon Road and all of us who lived there really just seems like yesterday. I'm sorry that we didn't really know each other as adults because I know we would have continued our friendship. I hope you are well and I send you my deepest sympathy in your loss.
