My heart is so Sad, we are all going too miss you so much Bill, you and Dottie have been such a big part of our family's life's for so many years . I remember that day that you were the one that gave me away to my husband 22 year's ago, And you told him, here you go Donald, I'm given her to you and I don't want her back !!! ... So sorry to read of Bill's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with Dottie and the family. I so enjoyed working with Bill in the early years of the Shepherd's Home. Especially with the fund raisers and the golf tournament.
