There is so much I can say for Mr Bill. I was in mail carrier in Plainview and I also like to think I was his friend. He was good to me and my family. He was a wonderful man. He and I loved talking about Mustangs together and his truck! He will be missed by so many. Sending thoughts and prayers to his family, loved ones, and friends.
