Not sure what to say?

Bill was a great friend, he had a wonderful sense of humor, he was a decent, kind man and is greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. His reporting was flawless and direct to the point, he worked very hard to give the public all the true facts good or bad, he was honest in his reporting.

Bill was a great gritty journalist. He was tireless in his pursuit of knowledge and eager to share it with the public. I am saddened by his passing.

Our Deepest sympathy goes out to Carolyn and Bills family. He was a man of great talents, an abundance of knowledge, and took great pride in his community efforts by way of his journalistic abilitys. Bill will be greatly missed especially on Tuesday evenings when he would come to the shop with Carolyn to have his newspaper printed and after all these years we finally got Bill to put his Newspaper on a Stick drive instead of paste-up boards, but we just could not get him to learn the FTP site....

Papa Bill's Princesses

Dear Papa Bill, You left without a goodbye! We are very sorry that we didn't have a chance to say goodbye to you again. You will always be in our hearts always and forever. Thank you so very much for the memories. Because of these memories, you will always be with us...don't forget to hide the pickle when you get to heaven...rice krispie chocolate covered bunny rabbits, the train show, Hannah's first Christmas and valentines day and 1st birthday, Kentucky Lake, dancing on the Cornicopia...

Dear Carolyn, and Bill's entire family...This news shocked us to our core, since we had, only hours before Bill's passing, shared your good company and a few laughs over pizza. I am so very, very sorry for your loss. Bill's tenacious style, and passionate pursuit of news were to be admired. How fortunate he was to spend his life following his love of journalism, how doubly fortunate, Carolyn, to have had you in his life as his companion, partner and manager. Please accept my prayers and...

Bill, you had sooooo many friends and will be missed by all of us. Your paper
was the best for keeping up with P.A.News after I moved to another town.
Peace be with you. Kay
