One of the sweetest teachers I had growing up my 4th grade year. My condolences to the family.

Monica and Russell I send you my deepest and most heartfelt condolences for yourloss of your Mom. She was such a good soul even though I didn´t see her much I´m going to miss her. We were not what you would say close friends, but close enough. My heart hurts knowing I won´t be seeing her. But I will forever cherish my memories of this sweet dear lady. R.I.P. Billie and no I am not remarried yet. something she asked me everyt time we saw each other.

My sincere condolences to you Monica n your family. So sorry to hear about your loss. She is now walking on the streets of gold in heaven, n someday we will all join her. So so sorry to hear about Billie's passing. Teaching with her years ago in Planada are good memories I've always kept in my heart. She was kind and a joy to be around. She'll be truly missed but I'm sure she's with the Lord. Sending my dear condolences to Monica, Russell and Cease.

So sad to hear this. I loved Ms. Billie, she was my teachers aide at Le Grand elementary and she was always so nice and her smile was contagious. My condolences to the family.

I was so sad to read this! Billie was such a super friend to me when I worked at Planada Elementary. We took our classes to the aquarium in Monterey. That Christmas she gave me an angelfish to remind me of our time together. Every year at Christmas I always remember her. Condolences to Monica and family.
