Billy was a very sweet person. He and Barbara were very helpful to me when I clerked my first camellia show. He will be greatly missed by all.

Billy and I interviewed for the job at RAFB on the same day and became friends from that day forward. He had a big heart and was one of the smartest people I knew. He will be missed!
