Barabra, Susan & I are at a loss in hearing of Billy's passing. We are so grateful we were able to sit and eat with you and Billy a few months ago. It was my great pleasure to work with Billy on numerous contracts over the last several years. He was a superb contracting officer, and he and I would have friendly disagreements over which SEC school had the best team. I am a coworker of Billy's and I can honestly say he was always good for a laugh. He always had a joke to tell or email or he would bring in blackberries or whatever else he had grown. I will never forget the time he brought into the office flowers that he had entered in the Georgia Fair held in Perry, GA. He placed one on each of the ladies in the office desk. I just thought that was so thoughtful of him to even think about us. God has a soldier with him now, growing all kinds of produce and pretty flowers in heaven.
Peace and blessings to the family,

A good Scotsman be missed; the Bagpipes are playing for him. Billy “May the road rise up to meet you, May the wind be always at your back, May the sun shine warm upon your face, the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again may God hold you in the palm of His Hand.” Tonight I play my bagpipe in Billy honor, a great Man, a Great friend. My heart goes out to his family, trust in the lord for he will guide you.
