I remember Billy giving my sisters and I rides on his cool electric wheelchair when we were kids. He always made us laugh with his Donald Duck voice. We were so happy when he and Beverly got married and would have fun with them on the Police Radio when Tom and I worked. I'm so sorry for your loss.I will miss my friend.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the loved ones of Billy. Silent Key (Ham Radio Operator) Billy will be missed on the Ham Radio bands. God Bless.
