Bill was a great friend I met at Bellsouth. He was smart, funny and stood for what was right. We always had great conversations. He loved his family and bragged on this daughter often. Love and hugs to all.

I only met Billy a few times but I do know that he raised a beautiful and caring daughter. I remember Jessica telling me that one of her favorite memories of her childhood was reading "The Hobbit" with him. Jessica loved reading with her dad.
