I am very sorry for your lost. I can imagine how heartbreaking it is to lose a loved one, but its uplifting to know that God promises us in Isaiah 65:17 a near future in which not only we wont feel this horrid pain in our hearts when we lose a loved one, but we wont even remember how it felt.

Mr. Orr was one of my teachers when I was in High School in the early 70's. He was always upbeat and supportive. Prayers for his family and many friends.

In 1967 I got my first and last school spanking because someone dared me to call Mr. Orr "Billy". It wasn't personal, it was about teaching me respect and I had it coming. The result was a lifetime of personal respect for a great teacher and an even better lifelong friend.
Fifty years have passed, and I've never called him anything but "Mr. Orr", (and I'm not the only one). Goodbye my friend.
