Billy was a great man and had many, many friends. He was a great friend to have. Always a smile and kind word for everyone he met. Cochran has suffered a great loss.

Mrs Padgett, I am so sorry for your loss. I became friends with Mr. Billy when I started playing golf at Uchee Trails. He was one very nice and friendly Guy !!!! He will be missed by so many, keep that in mind as you start your healing process. Also he is not sick and he is at peace. GOD BLESS!!!!
