Not sure what to say?

Dear Billy, Maybe you don´t remember me, Teddy Francis from Patapasco High. I came across your son´s obituary and am so very sorry. Life is so strange . I know he is looking down at you and all of your family and will bless you every day. I will remember him and your family in my prayers. With deepest sympathy, Teddy Francis

RIP to a hero that served & protected our community for 29 years. If anyone knows where we can donate money to the family, please post.

Hey , I'm sorry for your lost and my heart and prayers go out to all of Billy's family and friends. I remember Billy and a sweet and caring guy. We grow up on the same street growing up in Dundalk on Gray Haven Rd. He was always nice to me school and now my heart is breaking for the loss of a sweet and great man. Hope things get a little easier soon. Yours truly Donna Roper

Dearest Randolph Family. Please except my sympathy for the loss of your husband and father and Grandfather. It's very difficult to lose someone you love so horribly and tragic as Sargent Billy. We have had many officers die from gunshots and wrecks here in Connecticut the past 18 Months and it's so very sad. I have relatives and friends as police officers and it's never easy thinking they are out there. I pray that you all can get through this awful tragedy especially after losing your son...

I wanted to let you know that as you are going through this trail, God will be there for you as a family. I to lost my parents., and I know that God has been with me and has helped me as I grieve their loss. God bless you as a family ways.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. We thank you for your service to Tarrant County for so many years. Go rest high on that mountain and rest in God's loving arms.

Lisa and family...my sincerest condolences. I got to know Bllly as the admin at your HOA meetings each year. He was one of the most kind and considerate people I have ever met. You could tell just by speaking with him that he was special. I liked him even more when I found out he was from a suburb of Baltimore just like I was, except he had more of the accent that I did. I remember when he decided to get off the board so that he could spend more time with his family, I begged him not to...

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
